The Computer Graphics Lab at the Computer Science and Engineering Department, University of Colorado at Denver is an interdisciplinary research center dedicated to the development of interactive computer graphics and scientific visualization techniques under the leadership of Dr. Min Choi. Current research topic includes physically-based modeling, animation, and interaction in virtual environments for medical and bioinformatics applications. The lab is equipped with state of the art graphics equipment including Silicon Graphics workstations, stereoscopic 3D glasses, high performance PCs with dedicated graphics accelerators, high-resolution digital video cameras, capturing and encoding devices, and multimedia software. 

Members in the research group are actively participating various research including collaborative projects  with Center for Computational Biology and Center for Human Simulation.

CU-Denver is located in the heart of downtown Denver - at the hub of the city's business, recreational, and commercial districts in Colorado. Computer Graphics Lab is at the North Classroom Building NC2405 Please refer to the Parking and Transportation Services for driving directions and campus map.
